Once you have made a decision on which puppy you want ,you can click on the link above to get to the "Purchase Contract". There is a $500 deposit required to hold your selection . The Health Guarantee will also be found on the same document. Once you have read the contract completely , print it out and fax it to 334-297-5940. The deposit must be made the same day.
