I Fully understand that this is a deposit and is to hold said puppy.

I understand that this is a NON-Refundable deposit. If not paid in full by ____________ I will forfeit the full amount paid for the deposit.  

Balance of sold puppy is due upon puppy going to his/her new home.

If for any reason I can not complete the transaction by the time the puppy is ready to leave. I default and understand the puppy I placed a deposit on will be offered to the next available person on the waiting list.

If we have a deposit on a puppy, we are holding that puppy for you and it is no longer available for purchase on the website.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Health Guarantee:

We guarantee a healthy companion puppy.

All our puppies are weaned on Science Diet Lamb and Rice formula or Eukanuba puppy small bites puppy food.

1. Kim’s Little Bully's guarantees that the puppy sold is in good physical health on this day of purchase.
2. Your puppy will be checked by a licensed veterinarian prior to being delivered. You will receive a health certificate along with proof of vaccines and worming.

3. The buyer has been informed of these and of future vaccinations and worming's due.

4. Kim’s Little Bully's dose not warranty any common puppy ailments such as worms, vitamin deficiencies, any viral bacterial diseases or disorders brought on by parasites, or common traits in a Bulldog such as Cherry eye, Entropion, "loose" hips or joint disorders or skin allergies (such as demodectic mange.) Etc.

5. There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, Demodectic mange and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.

6. We are not responsible for any future surgeries such as hernias, ect. Some puppies have umbilical cord hernias. We will not have small umbilical cord hernias removed as advised by our vet, because these hernias usually go away on their own.

7. If in the event that you have the puppy shipped, this guarantee does not include Coccidia and Kennel Cough, which is common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria. Please see our section on the website about Transportation and delivery.

8. Seller is not responsible for puppy after it leaves seller’s possession (Kim’s Little Bully's)

9. In the unlikely event of a life threaten hereditary disorders, puppy will be replaced with the next available puppy with equal value, after the puppy is evaluated by seller’s veterinarian and finds said problem. Buyer is responsible for all cost to return puppy to seller. This warranty is void after the puppy reaches the age of six months.

10. Also, any puppy with a defect must be returned in good condition other than the specific problem at the cost of the buyer or euthanized with the prior permission from us to qualify for a replacement puppy.

11. No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been bred, spayed, neutered, or altered in any way, or euthanized without our written permission.

12. Buyer is responsible for transportation cost to and from us on a replacement puppy.

13. You are covered under this guarantee for replacement only. We do not give refunds.

14. Buyer will offer this puppy back to breeder first if ever in need of placement.

15. There is no guarantee or warranty that the Buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless of show or breeding potentials.

Buyer’s Responsibilities:

16. The purchaser is required and agrees to take this puppy to a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 48 hours for a health check.

17. The buyer must inform Seller within 24 hours of the examination of the results by email. The failure of this will result in the cancellation of this guarantee.

18. Kim’s Little Bully's will not be responsible for veterinarian fees or costs. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means regular trips to the veterinarian and understands that he or she will be responsible for all payments.

19. Several other factors to remember: Diet, not too much exercise "no long walks before 2 years of age, no "jogging", no breeding under 1 year of age, no being kept on a cable or chain.

20. This contract is null and void if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled.

21. This contract is valid only for the original buyer and puppy, and is not a transferable
Purchase Agreement.

22. If any conflict occurs with this puppy and/or this contract all legal action shall take place in Russell County in the State of Alabama and buyer will be responsible for all attorney fees including seller’s attorney fees.

23. By signing below, buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Alabama.
